Migrate and reactivate
your SIM card(s)

Thank you for choosing to transfer your existing simHERO account and SIMs to our new subscription platform. As part of this transition, you’ll receive one month of free service – no strings attached.

Once we receive your request, we will transfer your simHERO account within 24 hours. Your username and password will remain the same, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to access the new platform.

All SIM cards in your account will automatically be granted a free 1-month subscription, giving you the opportunity to explore our service. At the end of the trial, you can either select a paid package or simply let the SIMs be suspended – no obligations, no hidden fees.
